Who you are
You have 7+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong focus on operational excellence and process improvement. Your expertise in methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma allows you to drive significant changes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Your experience includes using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies that lead to measurable results. You have a proven track record of owning program strategy and delivering end-to-end solutions while effectively communicating outcomes to senior leadership. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to understand root causes of defects and propose actionable plans.
What you'll do
As a Senior Program Manager for Inbound Defect Reduction, you will be responsible for auditing and improving operational processes within the Fulfillment by Amazon program. You will track key metrics related to defects and operational efficiency, collaborating closely with fulfillment centers to understand challenges and implement solutions. Your role will involve analyzing processes, driving continuous improvements, and building mechanisms such as dashboards to monitor progress.
You will work closely with central teams and other marketplaces to align strategies aimed at reducing defects and enhancing seller experience. Your ability to analyze data and propose actionable insights will be crucial in achieving collective success. You will also be involved in frequent visits to fulfillment centers to test and implement changes, ensuring that improvements are effectively integrated into daily operations.
