Who you are
You are an innovative Senior Program Manager with a strong background in supply chain and logistics. Your analytical and planning abilities have been honed through years of experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations. You possess excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, 3PL, and tech.
With a proven track record in program management, you have experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and optimize processes. You are comfortable owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Your ability to communicate results to senior leadership is a key strength that sets you apart.
Desirable
Experience in managing complex projects that span multiple countries and functions is a plus. Familiarity with performance dashboard development and process improvement initiatives will enhance your candidacy. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and any additional certifications in project management will be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and delivery speed across Amazon's fulfillment network. You will lead end-to-end program management for various projects, including network infrastructure implementation, transportation system configurations, and fulfillment center operations enhancement. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the deployment of new technology platforms and tools, as well as developing performance dashboards to track progress and results.
You will manage multiple cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction and operational excellence, coordinating with stakeholders to identify requirements and track milestones. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for conducting senior leadership reviews on the program, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
