Who you are
You have 3+ years of program or project management experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate and solve complex problems in ambiguous environments. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, and you possess business-level English proficiency, with Japanese being a plus. You excel in stakeholder management and communication, serving as the primary point of contact on projects and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.
You are skilled in strategic planning, leading site selection, design, and budget procurement for delivery stations. Your experience includes conducting ROI analysis for strategic investment decisions and optimizing delivery station performance throughout its lifecycle. You have a proven track record of managing multiple launch projects concurrently, ensuring that timelines are met and project goals are achieved.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery station launch planning process, playing a crucial role in expanding Amazon's delivery network. You will lead the site selection and design processes, ensuring that all aspects of the launch are meticulously planned and executed. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, providing regular updates to leadership, and navigating regulatory requirements to foster local partnerships.
You will develop and implement standardized processes to optimize the launch planning process, setting new efficiency benchmarks.
