Who you are

You have 3+ years of program or project management experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate and solve complex problems in ambiguous environments. Your strong communication skills enable you to serve as the primary point of contact on projects, facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders. You possess a Bachelor's degree and are proficient in Business Level English, with Japanese being a plus. You are adept at managing multiple launch projects concurrently and conducting ROI analysis for strategic investment decisions.

Desirable

Experience in logistics or supply chain management would be beneficial, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements in Japan. You have a proven track record of optimizing processes and setting efficiency benchmarks, showcasing your ability to implement standardized processes that enhance project execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the delivery station site selection, design, and budget procurement processes. You will manage multiple launch projects concurrently, ensuring that timelines are met and performance is optimized throughout the entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting ROI analysis for strategic investment decisions and collaborating with global teams to share insights and best practices. You will also navigate regulatory requirements and foster local partnerships to support the expansion of Amazon's delivery network.
