What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Japan Operations team in executing the End-to-End supply chain strategy, focusing on logistics network design and implementation. You will be responsible for overseeing the project management organization that brings the network strategy to life, from site selection to go-live execution. You will analyze investment returns and secure internal approvals for projects, ensuring that all aspects of the launch are meticulously planned and executed. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the logistics network operates efficiently, delivering products to customers quickly and accurately. Your role will also involve leading initiatives that drive innovation in Same-Day Delivery and Quick Commerce, contributing to the overall growth and success of Amazon's operations in Japan.
