You have 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly within project management offices, where you've successfully led cross-functional initiatives and managed complex projects. Your ability to align strategies with business objectives has been proven through your work with diverse stakeholders across various regions.
You possess a strong understanding of change management principles and have experience guiding teams through transitions, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Your expertise in using project management tools, particularly Asana, allows you to track progress and facilitate communication effectively.
You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also paying attention to the details that matter. Your collaborative nature enables you to work well with senior management and project owners, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed before project finalization.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to facilitate meetings and discussions that drive project success. You are adept at identifying potential risks and proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. A background in technology or operations can enhance your ability to manage technical projects effectively.
What you'll do
