What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead transformation initiatives within Amazon's Last Mile operations in Japan, focusing on integrating supply chain management and other operational streams. You will lead the development of three-year strategic plans that align with the company's vision for 2026, ensuring that all initiatives are data-driven and customer-focused. Your responsibilities will include managing the Peak Captain Office operations, where you will oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and monitor their impact on business performance. You will collaborate closely with global ACES teams to align with best practices and drive the adoption of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to simplify complex problems and drive scalable solutions will be crucial as you work to deliver sustainable results in a fast-paced environment.
