You are a recent graduate from a Bachelor's degree program, expected to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. You possess strong organizational skills and have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and client management. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of building dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. You are able to prioritize your time effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency in fulfilling job searches against a timeline. You are eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition, drawing on your knowledge of tech roles and functional areas of the business.
What you'll do
As a Sourcing Recruiter Intern at Amazon, you will manage and prioritize job searches, ensuring that you meet customer goals and timelines. You will utilize your experience in setting benchmarks and tracking metrics to fulfill job searches effectively. You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and forge strong relationships that facilitate successful hiring outcomes. Your role will involve generating candidates through various sourcing strategies and maintaining a high level of communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for tracking your progress against established metrics and adjusting your strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
