Who you are
You have a strong background in reliability engineering, with experience leading technical initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and quality across multiple facilities. Your expertise in AWS allows you to implement large-scale solutions effectively, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key. You are comfortable managing complex technical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring that best practices are followed and that training is provided to support your initiatives. Your analytical skills enable you to drive improvements by reviewing metrics and conducting root cause analyses to identify and address key issues.
You are a proactive communicator, capable of partnering with various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to foster collaboration and drive results. Your ability to influence and lead teams ensures that reliability performance is consistently improved across your assigned business unit. You understand the importance of data in decision-making and are skilled at analyzing network data to deliver measurable improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Top Offending Asset and Closing Codes program, analyzing network data to identify key offenders and partnering with sites and support teams to implement solutions. You will conduct quality checks and audits, ensuring that timelines are met and that continuous improvement projects are supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing weekly business review metrics, leading root cause analysis efforts, and collaborating closely with Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME), Operations (Ops), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to pilot and scale solutions.
You will also support new asset introductions and influence reliability performance across your assigned business unit and region. Your role will require you to travel up to 70% of the time, allowing you to engage directly with teams across different locations. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices and standard processes that enhance reliability and operational efficiency at scale.
