What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and that preventative maintenance is performed regularly. You will monitor equipment performance through visual checks and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional servicing as needed. Your responsibilities will include supervising technicians, acting as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers, and solving equipment issues to reduce operational downtime. You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing upgrades to improve processes and systems across the EU network. Your insights and observations will be crucial in suggesting improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
