You have extensive experience in reliability maintenance engineering, demonstrating best practices in equipment safety and maintenance. You are skilled at monitoring equipment performance and implementing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure high operational standards. Your leadership abilities shine as you supervise technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their development. You are proactive in identifying issues and solving them to minimize downtime, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and support to perform their duties effectively. You will monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, while also carrying out preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.
