What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and support to perform their duties effectively. You will monitor processes closely, ensuring that all safety regulations and policies are followed, while also carrying out preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Your responsibilities will include tracking equipment performance through visual checks and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional servicing when required, and acting as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
You will also be tasked with solving equipment issues to minimize operational downtime, allowing the team to process packages efficiently. Your insights will be crucial in suggesting improvements to systems and standardizing processes across the EU network.
