What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and that it is functioning properly. You will monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, carrying out preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime. Your observations during shifts will inform suggestions for improvements to systems and processes, ultimately aiming to achieve the best results for customers. You will also be responsible for scheduling additional servicing when required and supervising technicians on shift to support their development.
