What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on site equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating issues and implementing solutions as quickly as possible. Your work will involve a variety of tasks, including painting and plumbing, as well as liaising with contractors for external expertise when necessary. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across various EU sites to enhance operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining equipment, conducting fault diagnosis, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. You will work on a range of shifts to ensure that machinery is always operational, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's distribution operations. Your role is crucial in keeping vital machinery running and supporting the operational environment, ultimately leading to better results for customers.
