What you'll do

As a Senior Quantum Research Scientist, you will develop and test novel calibration and optimization tools for Quantum Error Correction on large scale quantum processors. You will lead a team of engineers and scientists, guiding them in the frontier of quantum processor control and error correction. Your role will involve working on new ideas and ensuring that your projects align with the engineering roadmap. You will be responsible for managing high-impact research projects that intersect with engineering goals, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with your team.
