What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the site’s safety facilitator, orchestrating Amazon’s Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into the fabric of daily operations, using data-driven insights to create innovative solutions that reduce risk and enhance productivity. Your responsibilities will include leading comprehensive risk assessments, transforming safety data into actionable strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety. You will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your ability to influence change and drive results will be crucial as you lead safety initiatives that touch thousands of lives.
