What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the site’s safety facilitator, orchestrating Amazon’s Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will lead comprehensive risk assessments, transforming safety data into actionable strategies that protect employees and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety, leveraging technology and data analytics to develop preventive measures. You will partner closely with operations leadership to weave safety into the fabric of daily operations, ensuring that safety is a core value across all levels of the organization. You will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in safety practices. Your ability to influence change and drive results will be crucial as you lead safety initiatives that touch thousands of lives.
