What you'll do

As the Senior Risk Mining Manager, you will lead a team responsible for detecting and preventing fraudulent activities on Amazon's platform. You will set the strategic direction for the Risk Mining team, ensuring that your team is equipped to analyze large data sets and deploy effective rules to combat bad actors. Your role will involve close collaboration with machine learning and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance account security.

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and support to Risk specialists and analysts. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the execution of the Risk Mining analyst charter, ensuring that your team meets its objectives and contributes to the overall success of the Account Integrity group. You will also be responsible for reporting on key metrics and outcomes to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of your team's efforts on reducing fraud and maintaining customer trust.
