You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the financial services sector, with at least 5 years of experience in managing global customer relationships. Your ability to articulate a clear vision and generate enthusiasm among stakeholders is second nature to you. You thrive in building strategic relationships with senior leaders in IT, AI, data, and cloud sectors, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
Your experience includes working at the most strategic level within organizations, where you've successfully implemented broad strategies to earn customer trust and satisfaction. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with AWS senior leadership and coordinate executive business reviews. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to maintaining high standards in your interactions.

Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with AWS products and services will enhance your ability to meet customer needs and drive successful outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the AWS Industries team in managing relationships with globally systemically important financial institutions. You will be responsible for providing global business leadership and overseeing the core account team. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining key relationships, developing and managing opportunities, and monitoring deployment projects. You will engage virtual resources globally to ensure that customer projects are executed successfully.
You will execute the CXO relationship strategy, which includes engaging with AWS senior leadership for executive sponsorship and coordinating executive business reviews. Your role will involve working closely with the customerβs board and IT leaders to align AWS solutions with their strategic goals. You will be instrumental in articulating the value of AWS offerings and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
