You have experience in security services and loss prevention, with a strong focus on investigation and asset protection. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders is key, as you will be working closely with business and corporate functions to mitigate product loss while maintaining customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of adhering to guidelines and frameworks for investigations, ensuring that all processes are executed effectively.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to deep dive into concessions requests raised by customers and conduct thorough investigations to identify abusive entities. Your attention to detail and commitment to preserving customer trust are paramount in this role. You are proactive in providing on-ground intelligence that helps uncover abuse methods, contributing to the overall integrity of the network.

What you'll do

As an SLP Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the growth of the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program. You will plan, organize, coordinate, and implement processes and procedures laid down by the organization and the SLP function. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting risk assessments and process audits for designated sites, ensuring compliance with INSLP guidelines and policies.

You will be required to conduct end-to-end investigations across customers, DA/network, and sellers to identify abusive entities. This role is cross-functional, requiring you to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve the best results for customers. You will also assist in mitigating product loss and maintaining customer satisfaction, which are critical to the success of the SLP program.
