What you'll do

As an SLP Specialist, you will support the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program by identifying and eliminating concessions abuse. Your day-to-day activities will involve planning, organizing, and executing processes laid down by the organization. You will conduct end-to-end investigations into concessions requests raised by customers, working closely with various teams to gather necessary information and insights. Your role will require you to provide on-ground intelligence that is useful in uncovering abuse methods, ensuring that the integrity of the network is maintained.

You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments and process audits for the respective sites, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders from business and corporate functions will be essential in achieving the best results for customers.
