What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Security and Loss Prevention team, providing end-to-end services across all assigned operational business units. You will actively monitor and report on systems and tools that indicate opportunities for improvement in security measures. Your responsibilities will include managing investigations and preparing reports on critical incidents, ensuring that all actions taken are compliant with legal standards.

You will utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes and increase efficiency within the security department. This position requires domestic regional travel up to 50% of the time, allowing you to engage with various sites and assess their security needs directly. You will also be expected to lift and move equipment as necessary, ensuring that you can perform your duties effectively in various environments.
