What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing security processes and procedures laid down by the organization. You will identify areas of shrinkage at fulfillment centers, sort centers, and delivery stations, working closely with stakeholders to mitigate potential theft. Your day-to-day activities will include rationalizing and reviewing the guard force to achieve optimum results, as well as training and developing the guard force on security processes. You will implement and follow up on security plans, ensuring compliance with global security guidelines. Additionally, you will conduct regular risk assessments for the respective sites and maintain high-quality support for business teams. Your role will require you to independently handle emergency situations, using your excellent thought process to navigate complex scenarios.
