You are familiar with managing vendors and have experience participating in construction projects related to security enhancements. You understand the importance of consistent deployment of security policies and procedures, and you are proactive in participating in site audits and reviews. Your ability to drive day-to-day process improvement activities is a key asset in ensuring the safety and security of the data center.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the physical security operations of Amazon's data centers. You will develop post orders and define security procedures to ensure the safety of the facility and its assets. Handling site incidents will be a critical part of your responsibilities, requiring you to respond effectively and efficiently to any security breaches or concerns. You will work closely with security equipment and participate in construction projects to enhance security measures.

Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement in security processes, ensuring that all security policies are consistently applied across the site. You will participate in re-occurring site audits and reviews, testing new security technologies to enhance the overall security posture of the data center. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance among all staff members.
