What you'll do

As the Cluster Security Manager, you will lead a team of Security Managers responsible for the operational physical security of Amazon's data centers. You will oversee the management of access control systems and ensure that security processes are followed meticulously. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high security standards. You will conduct risk assessments and manage vendor relationships to ensure that security services meet Amazon's rigorous requirements. Regular reporting of security metrics and conducting security audits will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all operations align with compliance standards. You will also be involved in the implementation of new security processes and the adherence to existing policies, ensuring that all team members are trained and informed about security protocols. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you provide status updates and ensure that deadlines are met.
