You are adept at evaluating and tuning systems for optimal performance, balancing model quality with latency and throughput. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work closely with customers to ensure their AI initiatives are successful.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and operate autonomous agent ecosystems, designing and deploying multi-agent systems that collaborate to address high-value business challenges. You will lead the full-stack AI development process, taking ownership of the end-to-end stack, including backend model serving and frontend interfaces for AI interaction. Your responsibilities will include establishing agentic governance and security measures, implementing protocols to ensure responsible AI operations.

You will optimize system performance by evaluating trade-offs between model quality, latency, and throughput. Your role will also involve advanced MLOps practices, standardizing processes to achieve the best results for customers. You will work hands-on with customers to ensure their AI use cases transition from intent to production-ready systems, contributing to the broader AWS mission of enabling organizations to innovate and scale on the cloud. Your work will directly impact the success of AI adoption across ASEAN, helping organizations move from experimentation to production with foundation models and LLMs.
