What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions for selling partner risk assessment and management. You will drive the technical vision for applying AI to transform workforce operations within the Trust and Store Integrity organization. Your responsibilities will include developing novel approaches to automate and enhance risk analysis processes using state-of-the-art language models.
You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation, ensuring that your solutions align with business goals and deliver significant value. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior scientists, helping them grow their skills and contribute to the team's success. Your work will involve designing and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of AI solutions, ensuring that ethical considerations are at the forefront of your development process.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $167,100.00 - $226,100.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
