What you'll do

As the Applied Science Manager on the TSI Science team, you will lead the development of novel algorithms and modeling techniques that advance the state-of-the-art in multimodal systems. You will drive direct customer impact through products and services that leverage vision and language technology, ensuring that your team's work translates into tangible benefits for users. Your leadership will accelerate team development with multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI in computer vision, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

You will be responsible for shaping Amazon's intelligent platform that automates content processing across seller, buyer, and vendor workflows. This includes converting multi-modal digital evidence into structured data and actionable insights, enhancing decision-making, and reducing manual intervention in critical business processes. Your role will involve mentoring team members, setting strategic goals, and ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
