What you'll do

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will lead the Request for Proposals (RFP) process, vetting contractor proposals and assembling bid submissions — your expertise will foster the selection of qualified design-build contractors. You will coordinate with various teams to establish project budgets, scopes, and schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process are meticulously planned.

You will assist in obtaining the necessary information and decisions from Amazon to complete construction drawings — your role is critical in facilitating communication between internal teams and external contractors. You will act as the primary Amazon representative on permitting, ensuring that all approvals are secured in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will also include managing the execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget — you will monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the construction phase. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the fulfillment center design meets operational needs and standards.
