You have significant experience in finance, ideally with a focus on commercial finance and financial planning and analysis. Your background includes working closely with business leaders to drive sustainable growth, and you possess strong analytical skills that allow you to identify opportunities for cost improvements across operations. You are a self-starter with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, able to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver impactful results.
You thrive in high-visibility roles and are comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and technology. Your leadership skills are well-honed, and you are adept at digesting complex information to drive process improvements. You understand the intricacies of financial modeling and are skilled at providing insightful guidance to business leaders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for marketplace commercial finance business partnering, ensuring that financial planning and analysis activities align with the strategic goals of the EU business. You will drive financial modeling efforts, working closely with various stakeholders to provide timely analysis and guidance. Your role will involve identifying opportunities across pricing and operational costs, enabling the organization to make informed decisions that support growth.
You will collaborate extensively with business, operations, product, and tech teams, as well as finance teams from ATS and AMZL. Your ability to lead programs and initiatives will be crucial as you support different business areas and drive improvements across the Amazon transportation network. You will also have opportunities for advancement, allowing you to expand your impact within the organization.
