Who you are
You have a strong background in finance, with experience as a Finance Business Partner or Senior Finance Analyst. Your expertise includes long and short-term financial planning, and you excel in controllership of monthly financial reporting. You possess strong analytical skills and can develop and report on financial and operational performance metrics effectively. You are detail-oriented and have excellent project management skills, allowing you to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
You thrive in collaborative environments and can work well with cross-functional teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to provide analytical support for Senior Business Management. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Amazon's European credit products. You will be responsible for long and short-term financial planning, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate and timely. You will develop and report on weekly financial and operational performance metrics, providing insights that drive business decisions. A portion of your time will be dedicated to ad hoc analysis to support the growing business needs, making your analytical skills crucial to the team's success.
You will act as a risk and controllership gateway for the payments business, ensuring that all financial processes are adhered to and that any potential risks are identified and mitigated. Your ability to manage competing priorities will be essential as you work closely with various business teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
