Who you are
You are an analytical and execution-oriented professional with a strong background in finance, particularly in supporting partner programs and incentives. You have experience evaluating large-scale investments and possess advanced Excel and data modeling skills that allow you to analyze complex financial data effectively. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you are comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, demonstrating strong business judgment. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering effectively across Finance, Sales, Business Development, and Operations to drive results. You have a proven ability to independently own deliverables from start to finish, ensuring disciplined execution and strong financial governance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a key finance partner for Partner Core GTM programs, supporting resell motions and incentive structures. You will be responsible for program-level financial support, including OP2 planning, monthly reporting, and in-year reforecasting. Your role will involve evaluating large-scale partner investments and consolidating program and project codes in coordination with FP&A and TM1. You will contribute to scalable governance mechanisms for strategic partner agreements, ensuring that AWS invests wisely for growth. Your work will directly influence how AWS partners scale their business, making your contributions critical to the success of the organization.
