What you'll do
As the Senior Regional Maintenance Manager, you will lead and mentor field-based Facilities Managers, guiding them to expand and improve Amazon's North American Fulfillment Network. You will oversee maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects, providing technical leadership to facilities maintenance teams. Your role will involve driving maintenance excellence through innovation, documentation, standardization, and safety practices.
You will also be responsible for guiding senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis. Your oversight will extend to budget development, execution, and capital planning, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet operational needs. You will manage vendor relationships, ensuring that all partnerships align with Amazon's operational goals and standards.
