You have experience in developing vision and collaborating with partners to drive implementation, ensuring that your product meets the needs of all stakeholders.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively across leadership and cross-functional teams. You are adept at defining metrics, setting goals, and reporting on progress, ensuring that your product direction aligns with business objectives. Your ability to analyze shopper dynamics and the tech launch life-cycle enables you to drive improvements that contribute to a best-in-class in-store customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a core product for the WWGS Under the Roof (UTR) team, responsible for developing the vision and collaborating with partners to implement strategies. You will work closely with Tech, Program, and Operations Teams to build and execute against a roadmap of features that enhance in-store operations. Your role will focus heavily on scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence, ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of customers and associates alike.
You will play a key role in defining the metrics that measure success and setting goals that align with the overall business strategy. By deep diving into customer and associate feedback, you will identify pain points and drive improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across all WWGS banners, ensuring that the product direction is well communicated and understood.
