You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a scale-up or large tech company, where you've contributed to building impactful products. You are a generalist who can adapt to various challenges and are eager to learn about the financial domain. You understand the importance of user-centric design and are committed to making data-driven decisions that enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Pennylane, you will drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring that our financial Operating System meets the needs of SMEs and accounting firms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver features that simplify accounting and finance tasks for our users. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and prioritizing the product roadmap based on user feedback and market trends. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior product team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
