You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in driving growth strategies for subscription-based services. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data and industry research to inform pricing strategies and optimize customer acquisition efforts. You are customer-obsessed and understand the nuances of the Mexican market, enabling you to tailor strategies that resonate with local consumers. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring that you deliver results that align with business objectives. You thrive in a matrixed organization, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to fast-paced environments, always focusing on enhancing the customer experience while balancing financial performance.

Desirable

Experience in managing P&L for subscription services is a plus, as is familiarity with demand generation strategies across various sales channels. A background in technology or telecommunications can provide valuable insights into the Amazon Leo initiative. You are adept at using tools for data analysis and marketing operations, which will help you track performance metrics and optimize strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and optimize demand generation strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for subscriber growth and profitability. You will analyze customer trends and industry research to inform pricing strategies that maximize adoption while ensuring sustainable subscriber economics. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on growth initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will manage the overall business performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance subscriber acquisition efforts. You will also be responsible for reporting on key performance indicators and adjusting strategies based on performance data. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, allowing you to proactively adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
