You are a technical, experienced, results-oriented leader with a proven ability to insist on the highest standards. You are customer obsessed and think big, owning third-party integrations and developing creator loyalty programs. Your strong ability to dive deep and analytical skills enable you to innovate and deliver results effectively. You have a consistent track record of convincing senior leadership to invest in big ideas and new ways of connecting with customers.
You excel in prioritizing well and communicating clearly across functional domains, geographies, and business lines. Your experience in monitoring industry changes and trends allows you to determine when strategic shifts are necessary. You are a strong owner and influencer, capable of thinking beyond traditional methods to drive success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a suite of products and systems across 20+ countries, prioritizing creator-obsessed features and new ideas for development. You will constantly experiment and develop data-backed solutions for problems on behalf of customers and creators. Working closely with the science team, you will set experimentation priorities and iterate based on findings. Your leadership will guide the team in innovating for customers, ensuring that the product vision aligns with market needs and customer expectations.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $166,300.00 - $225,000.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical support, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) matching.
