What you'll do

In this role, you will champion the voice of the customer, gathering and synthesizing insights to inform product development. You will define and manage the product vision and strategy, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end revamp of the Advisor engagement experience across web and mobile platforms, ensuring that the product meets user needs and drives value.

You will work closely with engineering and design teams to execute on the product roadmap, participating in the agile product development cycle. Your role will involve authoring user stories, managing the backlog, and facilitating sprint planning sessions. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product enhancements. As a visible organizational leader, you will build strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration and alignment on product initiatives.

What we offer

Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 USD, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
