Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology or advertising sectors — you've successfully led product initiatives that drive partner success and enhance user experiences. Your expertise in AI and machine learning allows you to solve complex problems and anticipate partner needs effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decisions — you understand how to define success metrics and measure impact through partner satisfaction and business growth. Your collaborative nature enables you to work seamlessly with engineering, data science, and business teams to transform ambitious ideas into reality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for a high-impact domain within the Ads Partner Network — your focus will be on driving innovation that scales partner success through intelligent automation and self-service tools. You will define the product vision for breakthrough experiences, such as virtual partner managers and intelligent recommendation engines.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ship products that delight thousands of partners — your ability to navigate complex challenges at the intersection of AI/ML and advertising technology will be crucial. You will also identify emerging opportunities and build products that set new industry standards, shaping the future of partner enablement.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $166,300.00 - $225,000.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
