Desirable
Experience in the telecommunications or broadband industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer base optimization strategies. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and have a knack for developing strategies that drive revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned on objectives and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to optimize the existing and future subscriber base for Amazon Leo in Canada. You will lead initiatives focused on customer retention and satisfaction, working closely with teams across the organization to define customer needs and shape the desired experiences. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with marketing and sales to enhance customer engagement. You will also be responsible for setting metrics to measure success and reporting on the impact of your initiatives.
You will engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that their voices are heard in the product development process. Your role will involve coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all customer interactions meet regulatory requirements.
