What you'll do
In this role, you will be the catalyst for creating world-class vehicle maintenance programs that support Amazon's last-mile delivery fleet. You will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and repair program strategies, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating and driving cross-functional project plans that have a significant organizational impact, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and quantifying performance metrics.
You will coordinate resources and align stakeholders across multiple teams and networks, monitoring vendor performance against established KPIs and service level agreements. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement and ensuring that our delivery network remains efficient, safe, and innovative.
