Your strong ownership mindset drives you to scope projects effectively and develop standardized processes that enhance operational efficiency.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to influence and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively. Your experience in change management and operational excellence equips you to navigate the complexities of launching new fulfillment centers and retrofits. You are detail-oriented and thrive in environments where you can orchestrate strategic initiatives that have a significant impact on business outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end execution of projects for new grocery fulfillment centers and distribution centers, ensuring seamless transitions from construction to operations. You will lead initiatives that involve sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, overseeing facilities ranging from 60,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. Your responsibilities will include scoping projects, coordinating execution, and communicating effectively with diverse teams to deliver ambitious goals.

You will also be responsible for driving operational excellence across Amazon's grocery supply chain, influencing teams in various domains such as Safety, Maintenance, and Food Safety. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-impact launches that align with Amazon's strategic objectives in the grocery sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's grocery logistics operations.
