What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in Amazon's mission to create the safest workplace possible. You will attend weekly safety committee meetings, engaging with associates to address their health concerns and provide first aid support as needed. Your responsibilities will include assessing injuries, administering first aid, and referring associates to outside medical providers when necessary. You will also participate in case management review meetings, contributing to the overall safety strategy of the site.

You will be an integral part of the WHS team, collaborating with specialists to implement best practices for health and safety. Your role will involve educating associates on health and wellness principles, ensuring they are informed and supported in their well-being. You will assist with safety operations, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
