What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Compute Sanitization team, providing technical leadership and ensuring that the right tools are developed and maintained for identifying defects in the Neuron ML accelerators fleet. You will work closely with hardware and firmware design teams to collect requirements and ensure timely releases of pre-check tools. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the runtime team to enhance the functional correctness checking suite and providing visibility at the fleet level to understand trends in hardware/software sanitization.
You will anticipate future needs based on the product roadmap and develop necessary tools to sanitize compute effectively. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team meets its goals and delivers high-quality results that align with Amazon's commitment to excellence.
