You are proactive in anticipating future needs based on product roadmaps and are committed to delivering high-quality tools that enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a strong team of engineers focused on delivering a pre-check suite for compute sanitization. You will collaborate closely with hardware and firmware design teams to ensure that the right tools are available for identifying defects or faulty states before they impact customers. Your responsibilities will include collecting requirements from various teams, including training, inference, and runtime, to ensure that the pre-check tools are released on time.
You will lead the team in developing and maintaining a functional correctness checking suite, providing visibility at the fleet level to understand trends in hardware and software sanitization. Your role will involve anticipating future needs based on the product roadmap and developing necessary tools to sanitize compute effectively. You will also engage in one-on-one mentoring and thorough code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within the team.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $184,900.00 - $250,200.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
