You have over 7 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in leading high-performing teams. Your expertise in software development practices ensures that you can deliver reliable and highly available software for critical systems. You have a proven track record of partnering with product managers and global stakeholders to define strategy and roadmap, driving architecture and design decisions that shape the backbone of payment systems.
Your experience includes integrating advanced technologies such as GenAI and predictive analytics to simplify reconciliations and automate workflows. You are passionate about hiring, coaching, and growing talent, instilling a culture of innovation, accountability, and high standards within your team. You understand the importance of compliance and risk management in the payments landscape, and you are committed to delivering the best results for customers.
Desirable
Experience in developing multi-tier web services and knowledge of engineering practices for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle is a plus. Familiarity with coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
