You are skilled in defining roadmaps and building physics-realistic simulation environments for reinforcement learning and synthetic data generation. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the ML infrastructure team, focusing on creating model training and simulation environments for developing large robotics foundational models. You will collaborate with AI researchers to implement and optimize training processes for new model architectures, ensuring they are efficient and scalable across diverse robotic applications.
You will define the roadmap for your team, guiding the development of physics-realistic simulation environments that support reinforcement learning and closed-loop simulations. Your responsibilities will include implementing tooling for data creation and model experimentation, which are essential for the continuous improvement of your team's output.
As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team delivers high-quality AI solutions that meet the ambitious goals set by Amazon's Frontier AI & Robotics division. You will leverage Amazon's vast computational resources to tackle some of the most challenging problems in AI and robotics, driving innovation and practical impact in the field.
