What you'll do

In this role, you will join Amazon's Core Services team under the Worldwide Customer Purchase Journey, focusing on the Shipping and Region Authority (SARA) organization. You will innovate on foundational products that shape the customer shopping journey, influencing checkout and fulfillment experiences. Your work will involve integrating with multiple cross-technology and functional services to identify customer locations, shipping options, and apply sales and shipping restrictions.

You will be responsible for scoping complex projects and delivering simple, elegant solutions. This includes collecting product and business requirements, driving the development schedule from design to release, and making appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market. You will also communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

Your role will require you to anticipate customer needs and deliver solutions that enhance their shopping experience. You will work closely with various teams to clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective technical solutions, ensuring that the software you develop meets both business and customer requirements.
