What you'll do

In this role, you will define, design, and implement multi-tier distributed software applications that are integral to Amazon's payment processing capabilities. You will estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes to enhance the payment experience for customers worldwide. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of payment systems that serve over 100 million customers and merchants.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new payment methods, ensuring that the systems you build are scalable and maintainable. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in the payment processing systems, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently.
