What you'll do

As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable applications and services for Audible's global audience. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and UX designers to create user-centric solutions that enhance the Audible experience.

You will also be tasked with mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within your team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Audible's applications, and you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the Consumer Domains group. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
